SEPA direct debit

In order for amounts to be debited from your account by SEPA direct debit, we need a SEPA mandate from you. You can create this via our customer center.

As soon as you send us the signed SEPA mandate, we will activate direct debit as a payment method. This can then be used for both automatic renewals and manual payment of orders.

Klarna

Klarna, formerly known as Sofortüberweisung, as soon as you have authorized the payment, your order will be activated automatically.

on account

For some products such as JTL hosting or colocation, we offer the option of paying on account with a payment term of 7 days, provided the customer has a positive credit check.

Paypal

If the payment with PayPal is successful, your product will be activated immediately. PayPal can be used to pay individual bills, or you can set up a standing order.

eps

eps is special for our customers from Austria, the order will be activated immediately as soon as the payment is authorized.

giropay

Orders are activated immediately after authorization.
