We currently offer the following payment methods:
SEPA Direct Debit
In order for amounts to be debited from your account by SEPA direct debit, we require a SEPA mandate from you. You can create this via our customer center.
As soon as you have signed the SEPA mandate and sent it to us, we will activate direct debit as a payment method. This can then be used both for automatic renewals and for manual payment of orders.
Klarna
Klarna, formerly known as Sofortüberweisung, as soon as you have authorized the payment, your order will be automatically activated.
Invoice
For some products, such as JTL hosting or colocation, we offer the option of paying on account with a payment term of 7 days, provided that the customer has a positive credit check.
Paypal
Upon successful payment with Paypal, your product will be activated immediately. Paypal can be used to pay individual invoices or you can set up a standing order.
