No problem, upon request we route your IPv4 or IPv6 addresses and deliver them in a separate VLAN to your infrastructure.
We install your hardware according to your specifications. This service is included in the price.
Your server should already be configured. The following components are also required:
- Power cables
- Network cables

Remote Hands is a technical on-site service in our datacenter. It enables our technical team to perform work on your hardware without you having to be on-site.
This includes:
- Server reboots (Power Cycle)
- Checking and replacing cables
- Installing and removing hard drives or modules
- Visual inspections (status LEDs, error messages)
- Connecting new hardware to existing ports
- Inserting media (e.g., USB sticks, DVDs)
- Network or power cabling
💶 What do Remote Hands cost?

At least 30 minutes of Remote Hands per month are included in every plan.
Unfortunately not. For security reasons, we do not offer direct access to our shared racks.
Work on your server – such as replacing hard drives or other components – can be reliably done at any time through our Remote Hands support.
