Yes, you can mount your own ISO images via the customer center – including Windows Server or Windows 10/11. Please note that you need your own license for Windows and we do not provide support for Windows installations.

Docker works flawlessly on all our vServers. For Proxmox, nested virtualization is required – this is already enabled on our servers. Simply mount the Proxmox ISO via the customer center and install Proxmox as usual.

If you've locked yourself out due to a faulty firewall configuration, for example, the NoVNC console is available in the customer center. This allows you to access the server as if you were sitting right in front of it – even if SSH is not reachable.

Through our customer center, you can create snapshots of your vServer – manually at the push of a button or automatically on schedule. The snapshots are stored separately and can be restored at any time. We recommend additional backups to external storage (e.g., our Seafile cloud storage).

We have no traffic limits. You can transfer as much data as you want without additional costs. The connection is 1 Gbit/s. In case of continuous full utilization over 10 TB/month, we reserve the right to reduce bandwidth to 10 Mbit/s (Fair Use Policy).

All vServers are protected by our DDoS protection. Attacks are automatically detected and filtered before they reach your server. The protection is included free of charge and requires no configuration on your part.

Yes, plan changes are possible at any time – both upgrades and downgrades. The change occurs without data loss and without reinstallation. The price difference is calculated proportionally.

We want to convince our customers through quality, not through long contracts. The minimum contract term is only 1 month. You can cancel at any time at the end of the billing period – without giving reasons.

All servers are located in our own data center in Stuttgart (Swabian Alb). We are a German company and are fully subject to GDPR. Your data never leaves Germany and is not shared with third parties.
