If you consider that illegal content is being stored on a server, website or storage space hosted by us, you can notify us using the form below or informally by email to abuse@serverdiscounter.com.
We confirm receipt of your notice without undue delay, provided you have supplied an email address. We process all notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner, inform you of our decision without undue delay and provide information on the redress possibilities available to you. Where we use automated means in processing a notice, we will tell you so.
Please note: a sufficiently substantiated notice that allows us to identify the illegality without a detailed legal examination gives rise to actual knowledge within the meaning of Art. 6(3) DSA. We cannot act on incomplete or blanket notices.
Statement of reasons for restrictions (Art. 17 DSA)
Where we restrict the visibility of content, remove content, disable access to it, or suspend a service or an account because the information concerned is illegal or incompatible with our Terms and Conditions, we provide the affected customer with a clear and specific statement of reasons. It sets out, in particular, the type and the territorial and temporal scope of the restriction, the facts and circumstances relied on, information on the use of automated means, the legal or contractual ground relied on, and the redress possibilities available.
Notification of suspicions of criminal offences (Art. 18 DSA)
Where we become aware of any information giving rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we promptly inform the competent law enforcement or judicial authorities.
