With PayPal, Credit Card and Instant Transfer, activation usually occurs immediately after receipt of payment. With SEPA Direct Debit, activation occurs after successful mandate approval, usually within a few minutes. With Bank Transfer, activation occurs after receipt of payment in our account (1-3 business days).
Yes, you can change the payment method for future payments at any time in your customer center. Payments already in progress will be processed with the original payment method.
Yes, all payment data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. We do not store complete credit card numbers. Payment processing is carried out via certified payment service providers.
The debit usually occurs 7 days before the renewal date of your product. You will receive an invoice by email in advance.
In case of a failed payment, you will receive a notification by email. You then have the opportunity to manually complete the payment in the customer center or choose a different payment method.
