A Managed Server is a server where we take care of complete technical management. You get the full performance of a server without having to worry about updates, security or maintenance – as easy as web hosting, but with much more power.
With a managed server you can operate websites, online shops, databases, email servers and much more. Through the control panel, you manage domains, emails, databases, FTP access and install applications with just one click.
With a Dedicated Server you have full root access and must manage the server yourself. With a Managed Server we handle complete management – updates, security, monitoring – and you simply use the control panel.
Through the 1-click installer you can install popular applications like WordPress, Joomla, PrestaShop, Nextcloud, Matomo and over 400 more with just one click. PHP, MySQL/MariaDB and all common web server components are pre-installed.
Deployment typically occurs within 24 hours after receipt of payment. For MS1 and MS2 (virtualized) often even faster.
We create daily automatic backups of your data. Backups are retained for 3 days. In an emergency we can restore your data from the backup – just contact our support.
