Contact Points under the Digital Services Act

As a provider of a hosting service within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), we have designated single points of contact for authorities (Art. 11 DSA) and for recipients of the service (Art. 12 DSA) and have established a notice and action mechanism for illegal content (Art. 16 DSA).

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to § 7(1) DDG. However, pursuant to Articles 4 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), we are not obliged as a provider of intermediary services to monitor the information we transmit or store, or actively to seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity (Art. 8 DSA).

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content concerned immediately.
